Successful Summer for The Hub

After a busy summer of pitching we have been rewarded with a number of exciting new business wins.

First of all, we are delighted to announce that we have been appointed by Barry Callebaut to handle trade communications and customer marketing for its Belgian Chocolate brand, Callebaut, within the UK Foodservice channel.

Renowned by chefs for its versatile and consistent range of fine dark, milk and white chocolate, made in Belgium since 1911, our brief was to develop a campaign that helps drive relevance of chocolate across all day parts and occasions, reinforcing Callebaut’s credentials as the brand of choice, with UK catering operators. After a three-way pitch, we were selected based on an entirely new strategy, which aims to position Callebaut as the brand that not only delivers great quality products and inspiration, but added value support to help drive overall revenue for customers.

As well as satisfying our chocolate cravings, we have also started working with Costa Coffee and Ajinomoto, one of Japan’s biggest food businesses.

Work for Costa Coffee included a customer marketing toolkit and POS for the EMEA region, with more regions being rolled out over the coming year. We have also been supporting Ajinomoto, which supplies authentic Japanese dishes to the UK foodservice market, on range of POS materials and sales collateral to help drive awareness of its No.1 Gyoza product to ethic wholesalers.
