Having spent the last 20 years working at sector leading design, integrated and digital agencies, I now embark on my next journey here at the The Hub, where I will get to bring my experience to the fore whilst exploiting my interest in food, drink and hospitality. Already proven in driving business-to-business digital campaigns across their client portfolio, I hope to further enhance The Hub’s expertise in the digital space by integrating new media technologies, further strengthening our clients’ marketing reach.

Digital is my ‘thing’ – it’s a constantly evolving landscape and one which presents strategic opportunities for brands to generate awareness, create effective measureable engagement and most importantly, directly communicate and respond to target audiences with credibility, authenticity and relevancy.

Creativity, innovation and specifically, how technology can bring together marketing and business strategies, are a key focus for me. I hope to strengthen our existing offering by applying UX principles to our client’s customer experience models with a multi-channel approach. From websites, social media and digital publishing to CRM, apps and everything in-between.

The Hub is so passionate and knowledgeable about their specialist sector, but moreover which enticed me to join their dynamic team is their curiosity for embracing new ways of doing things – I can’t express enough how refreshing this is in the business-to-business environment. Why shouldn’t the trade sector be raising the bar in how they deploy digital technology across the marketing mix? For me, the opportunity to further evolve B2B brands into the social media space where content creation, distribution and deployment strategies naturally converge is where I will add value to our client’s digital agendas.

To conclude, as I said apart from all things digital, the other love of my life is without doubt good food. Having driven the digital strategies for global foodie brands such as Wagamama, Levi Roots and Ella’s Kitchen, I get to continue to indulge ‘virtually’ in food – it’s great for the soul and the waistline.
