Breakfast is booming!

This month we’re proud to launch the Tetley Breakfast Guide, offering inspiration to operators across key channels including hotels, workplace, pubs, cafes and universities.

The new guide offers insight into the expanding brunch occasion, with advice from industry experts including Michelin starred Dominic Chapman chef-proprietor at The Beehive, Sue Baic dietitian and BDA member, Chris Roberts, Catering & Beverage Manager at Rowhill Grange luxury spa hotel, David Koller café operator and finalist of the Great British Brunch Challenge 2016 as well as Mike Haslin, Chief Executive of TUCO.

Each recipe in the guide is inspired by current food trends with highlights including a Sharing Brunch Board for the pub trade and a Mexicana inspired Breakfast Burrito, a perfect grab-and-go morning offering for busy students on campus. Different Tetley tea blends were specifically chosen to complement the dishes and provide consumers with an invigorating start to the day.
